How and Why We Founded Connetiv Properties

Connetiv Properties was founded in late 2024 by Saagini and Sarvini, two individuals with a shared vision to make quality accommodation more accessible to workers and visitors in Surrey and beyond.

The Founders' Background:

• Saagini graduated from the University of East London with a degree in Education and later pursued a PGCE at University College London. She became a primary school teacher.

• Sarvini graduated from Royal Holloway University with a Law Degree and later completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Law. Her journey in law has provided her with the skills needed to navigate complex challenges and think strategically.

The Inspiration Behind Connetiv Properties:

The idea for Connetiv Properties stemmed from Saagini and Sarvini’s realisation that the housing crisis is still raising. Many individuals/families are unable to buy or rent homes due to the high market prices. This leaves them to become homeless and very vulnerable. However, social housing helps provide affordable housing to individuals and families who cannot afford market rents. It ensures that people from all backgrounds, regardless of their income level, have a safe and stable place to live. By offering affordable housing, social housing helps alleviate financial strain, reducing the risk of people being forced into poverty due to high housing costs.
